Sameeksha is doing very well what with umpteen daily enquiries to learn embroidery from the newly married, students with free time and a creative bent of mind, middle aged housewives, software professionals etc. Just in case you think that the former are all from Namma Bengaluru, consider this - she’s taught embroidery to folks from Australia, Europe and Maldives. From being a professor in Home Science, Sujaya Mahesh felt it was time to graduate to something new. Something that would combine her love for teaching and her innate entrepreneurial skills. And so, she started her very own school - the Sameeksha School of Embroidery combining an in-school boutique as well. Talk about two-in-one!
